Change is calling, She wants you to know 🪄

I see how hard you’ve worked this spring. The countless hours of dedication to your responsibilities, the devotion to what is on your plate, and the mental energy dispensed to create what is present today. I see and feel your impact.
Settle in, notice your body breathing on its own.
You’ve done so much.
Would you be willing to lie down on the grass in the warm sunlight? Or lounge on your porch with the late light aglow, or surrender to a good float in a river, lake, pool, or ocean?
I’m sure you are tired and ready for a break. Or maybe a warm night picnic with all the fixings and dearest beloveds, that might just do the trick.
The summer solstice portal this weekend is an invitation to pull the conductor lever to change tracks, to initiate a whole new vibe for the summer months ahead.
At each solstice and equinox, any changing of the season, I am reminded that my soul’s purpose isn’t about effort. It is about presence. I choose to pull the lever, and so can you, as the conductor of my own train, and change tracks. As complex, habituated humans, however, that decision has required many mindful embodied integration steps. And each solstice, especially summer, the shift is just a little bit easier.
Many moments in our lives can remind us of our deeper intention or soul purpose; music, food, touch, a swim in water, dancing at a concert in the sunlight, or a loving gaze of a friend, pet, or ally. Those moments are meant for living. And you are worthy to receive.
If you want support in this coming season, we will meet you wherever you need to be met. Through couples’ intimacy work, communication issues, or rupture and repair. We are here. We will meet you in your healing from trauma, pain, stress, anxiety, and depression. We will meet you there. And we are holding sacred your own journey in this lifetime. Please don’t hesitate to reply all or reach out for guidance.
We are on your team.

AASECT CONFERENCE
Basking in the Afterglow
Presenting my model of healing trauma with pleasure embodiment and pleasure activism with providers, therapists, and educators was such an incredible honor. The presentation was awarded the Schiller Prize for its innovation and application to our present world, and it was just the tip of the iceberg of my work in pleasure activism, pleasure-based healing, somatics, sex therapy, and psychedelic/expanded healing states work. Yum, just yum.

The presentations ranged from ADHD/Neurodiversity, Aging, Equity and Societal context predicting sexual health, Endometriosis, Pelvic pain, Out of Control Sexual Behavior, gender politics, research rebellion,...wow.
We, as an integrative somatic team that works with sex and intimacy, are going to be rolling out what we learned as we bring it to our clients!
We Would Love To hear from you!
