WE ACCEPT MEDICAID CLIENTS
Some of our clinicians take Medicaid clients in Colorado! We are credentialed with CoAccess, Rocky Mountain, & CCHA medicaid entities and would love to have a consult to see if we are a good fit.

All sessions are private pay, unless you are a medicaid client, and due at the time of service.

If you would like a receipt of your sessions paid, we can provide you with a super bill, requiring a relevant diagnosis, that you can submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement.

Fees are configured from current market value in indicated region, specialized training, advanced techniques, experience, state of the art and cutting edge integrative mental health treatments, time spent preparing for your sessions, and working in and outside of session on your behalf.
Some of our therapists retain a certain number of weekly spots in our caseload for people who are Black, Indigenous, People of Color, Single Parents, LGBTQIA+, First-Responders/Police Officers, and low-income persons who may be eligible for a sliding scale for a temporary 6, 9, and/or 12+ session phase of work. The sliding scale is dependent on total household income. Please inquire with each individual therapist for current availability and opportunity.
All fees are temporary for a year and will go up by 15% each year.

All fees are due at the time of service. Cash, Check, Venmo, PayPal or Visa/Mastercard, HSA/FSA are accepted.

NO SURPRISES LAW
Notice to clients and prospective clients
Under the law, health care providers need to give clients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the expected charges for medical services, including psychotherapy services:
•You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency healthcare services, including psychotherapy services.
•You can ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule a service, or at any time during treatment.
•If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.
For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, or how to dispute a bill, see your Estimate, or visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises.
