Somatic Therapy

Helping your nervous system and body transform these states is what Somatic (Soma=body) Therapy is all about. With this approach, we will be using the wisdom of your inner landscape to bring about real change.
Trauma Resolution
We specialize in helping people with PTSD (Prolonged or Complex) understand the responses and emotions that come with experiencing something traumatic. Accompanied by somatic therapy, we take the whole body into account and provide therapy that is healing, as opposed to overwhelming.

Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) is a holistic modality in which ketamine is used as a complement to psychotherapy to help people experience more frequent breakthroughs and sustained improvement in symptoms. It’s where healing unfolds and quiet moments of reflection remind us that transformation doesn’t have to happen in big, loud ways but in cozy safe spaces.

Can't make it to our San Diego location? We are proud to offer virtual therapy for all of California. We understand the increasing popularity of this option for ease and convenience.
We do therapy a little bit differently by approaching healing from a whole-person: heart, mind, body, and spirit approach. Many people seek this type of work from providers in person, thinking it is better or more effective to be in the same room. Alas, we have found that doing deep work can happen wonderfully through online therapy, especially doing integrative somatic psychotherapy.
