Why I do this work:
There was a time in my life when connection felt both deeply longed for and quietly confusing. Growing up, I struggled to feel at home in my sexuality while carrying the impact of early attachment wounds. I often reached for closeness while also feeling unsure how to trust it or fully rest within it.
I learned ways of adapting that helped me stay connected and protected. They made sense at the time, but over the years they created distance from parts of myself and from the relationships I longed for. There was a subtle tension between wanting to be known and not quite knowing how to safely be seen.
Through my own therapy and meaningful relationships, I began to experience something different. Moments of being met with presence and acceptance allowed me to soften. I began to feel a safety that did not require hiding or bracing. The past did not disappear, but my relationship to it changed. Healing showed me it does not happen alone—it happens in connection.
I believe many of the challenges we carry are not signs that something is wrong, but reflections of how our nervous systems learned to navigate safety and belonging. When we are met with compassion and space to notice, patterns can begin to shift in steady and possible ways.
I feel honored to offer that space to others. My hope is to create a place where you can bring all parts of yourself, where you do not have to perform or protect, and where you can begin to feel at home in yourself and your relationships.
My approach is rooted in attachment and somatic principles. I support clients in noticing how experiences live in the body and show up in relationships. I am especially drawn to working with couples and families, where we can shift patterns together and create new experiences of connection in real time.
Wherever you are in your process, you are welcome here.
