Seeing In The Dark 🌙

The longest night has arrived. Learning to see in the dark opens a way to healing, nutrients, and power. The Winter Solstice invites us into a deep stillness—the kind that asks us to listen more closely to the life force within.

I am not afraid of the dark. In fact, it’s where transformation happens. The dark is a place of alchemy—a space where the nervous system, the heart, and the spirit finally have time to catch up to all we’ve lived through.

Wintering, or taking a “winter nap,” is our way of integrating everything that has unfolded this year. A time to release what’s piled up and allow the body to exhale. Nature has a way of inviting us into her seasonal rhythms. Let the dark, colder days, or a holiday, be her invitation to you to slow, to accept the invitation to warmth, care, and spaciousness. She invites us to sit with, digest, and integrate:

✨ What has the last season brought to my heart and body?

✨ How can I embrace the dark periods of my life with more love and compassion?

✨ What are my intentions for the winter ahead?

✨ What small action steps can move me closer to those intentions?

May this Solstice remind you that the dark isn’t something to escape, but a place of renewal. May you learn to see in the dark.

Wishing you a long, nourishing winter nap—and we look forward to seeing and supporting you in the new year.

May you accept the invitation to rest.

Solstice Tidings + Ritual

As I light this candle,

I honor the warmth that still lives within me,

even in the dark.

With each long, luxurious exhale, I soften —

releasing what I no longer need,

making space for rest and renewal.

I take a slow step deeper into my heart space,

trusting that stillness can hold me as I am.

Surrounded by darkness, I remember:

🌨️ Darkness does not equal disappointment; it is a time for rest.

🌿 Honoring the dark will help me restore my power

🍄 I give myself permission to rest

🌙 My energy and time are important, and I will set boundaries to protect them

🌄 I am open to receiving and giving love

❤️ I am excited to experience new moments, ideas, and patterns.

🪴 I feel resilient and resourceful when faced with challenges and hardships.

🍂 I welcome transformation within myself and the world around me

✨ I feel a deep love for myself and for the world
