Hello Everyone! It's me, Natalie Cooney, a LMFT and Somatic Experiencing Practitioner explaining what integrative therapy is and a few tips and tricks to get you started.

The video also has 2-3 tips and tools towards the end on grounding, orienting, supportive touch, and body scanning.
