About Us
Healing from a mind, body, heart, and spirit foundation
We are humans devoted to WHOLE-MAKING. Our personal journeys, trainings, education, experience and love for integrative, deep, inner&outer work, drives our transformative work with people just like you.

Our Story
Compass Healing Project was created out of a passion to process and heal the whole self. The process of healing might be messy, like a project, but often worthwhile in the journey in becoming fully and deeply alive--Mind, Body, Heart & Soul. We are a practice that values learning, giving stellar treatment from an elite skillset and our personal work as humans devoted to healing and transformation.
We invite you to explore what your healing project might be. We seek to support others in recovering their inner lives and relationships. Relational therapy, individual, trauma healing, and somatic-oriented healing modalities are made personal to you and crafted for your unique healing journey.
Through navigating and exploring the messages and signals we are getting from our mind, heart, body and soul we can allow and cultivate the deep inner compass of each person to emerge and heal. We would love to meet you in a discovery call to see if we are a good fit for you.

I remember the challenges of being raised in a family with divorce, first responder vicarious trauma and addiction – the constant confusion, the unpredictability, and the blame. I felt everything and everyone. In an attempt to maintain safety, my feelings of fear, distrust, loneliness and pain became friends I lived with daily. Friends I wouldn't truly come to peace with until I got the space, support, and healing I have learned to give to others now.
Over time the stored memories of my experiences began to seep into my relationships, work life, and my body. Wrought with anxiety and anger, I found myself shaky, tense, and constantly on edge. Disconnect from my body signals for rest, food, connection, space became my normal and I started getting headaches, knots in my stomach and pain radiating down my arms and back in response to my constant overriding.
The body sends messages for us to pay attention to. It starts small and then more and more body systems start showing signs of distress. I started becoming more aware of my body and noticing what I was feeling. This began a long journey towards reconnecting with myself. With the gentle guidance of professionals who knew that what my body was feeling was deeply connected to my inner life, I learned to calm my nervous system. Discovering the connection between my body’s sensations and my past experiences made room for the disconnected parts of my life to process and heal.
Talking about my feelings was helpful, understanding my family dynamics was helpful as well, but I also needed to reconnect with my body. The emotions and the experiences of my past were all there, waiting for acknowledgement, honor and acceptance.
When painful events like rejections, abandonments, and violations take place in our lives, they are stored in the nervous system and need to be addressed at that level. I help clients process stored memories and unlock feelings that are stuck in yourself. I help you release trauma and move forward. Reconnect, settle, sort, process and integrate into the person you were designed to be. I’m grateful for those who helped me rescue myself and I’m honored to offer this process to others.
with tons of love,
Natalie

I understand what it’s like to feel as if you don’t belong, as if you’re invisible, like a misfit who has to hide who you are in order to feel safe. I spent many years of my life in that place not realizing the impact it was having on me emotionally, mentally and physically. Over time, the impacts began to become more clear, more painful, and harder to suppress. Through my own
healing journey I have been able to cultivate safe relationships with others and within myself. I began to have experiences where I could be more and more myself while being seen in who I am. Now I feel safe, accepted, and even encouraged and celebrated.
It is such an honor to hold space for and help guide folks who are wanting more in their life, more authenticity, connection, and safety to be their full selves. These are all possible and through building safe relationship with others who have earned your trust and cultivating trust internally, these shifts can start to happen. Whether you’ve experienced emotional neglect from
your childhood and are unsure how to start prioritizing yourself and your needs, struggle with a harsh inner critic, or are interested in expanding and deepening your relationship with yourself and others; I’m excited to help you connect to your inner truth and inner knowing so you can feel agency and empowerment in your experience.
My approach is kind, compassionate, non-judgmental and consent-oriented. In my work with clients, I bring in a body awareness, relational, and parts work approach so that we can begin to listen to and connect to your inner experience in a way that feels manageable and authentic.
I help guide clients into deeper ways to understand themselves, their needs, emotions, and what’s being stored in their body and finding safe pathways of expression for these. As we build ability to understand and attune to your inner experience, you will also be learning ways to identify and meet your needs internally and with others. You will begin experiencing a deeper sense of confidence in and embodied connection to your full self. This will allow you to feel competent in
consistently showing up for and tending to yourself in compassionate and accessible ways.
I know what it is like to feel like you have to do it all on your own or feel scared or nervous to reach out and receive support. I am also very familiar with the burn out and fatigue that can accompany the weight of that experience. We were never meant to do all of this on our own and
so much transformation can occur when we feel safe to be seen in all of who we are. And when we get to access the deep joy of being acknowledged, accepted and celebrated. If this resonates with you, I’d love to hear from you and see if we may be a great fit in working together. Thank you for taking this brave step to seek care for yourself. You are so very worth it.
“Take some of the radiance you pour out for others and turn it inward to shine on the neglected
parts of your soul. It’s time” -Dr. Thema Bryant-Davis, PHD

Master Energy Healer, Alchemist, Wisdom Teacher, Oracle & Source-eress - I was born with all of my intuitive psychic & spiritual gifts intact. As a child, I hid these gifts to fit in and be “normal,” and they became dormant until a car accident and near-death experience in 1999. During my recovery afterward, I began training in numerous energetic, healing, channeling, mediumship and other healing modalities, only to discover I was simply remembering knowledge and ancient wisdom I already possessed.
Clairvoyant Medium / Channel / Medium / Spiritualist – In addition to being clairvoyant (able to accurately “read” energy) I have also fully developed my entire intuitive and spiritual abilities to sense, smell, taste, feel, hear, and know what is normally beyond the normal human five senses. I also channel energy both in spoken and vibrational frequency through my body to whomever I am working with (even at a distance) so that you benefit from the vibrational frequencies in a body-felt way.
Soul Seer & Soul Midwife – meaning that I see who you are as a soul living a human experience, your soul contracts, agreements, lessons, themes and challenges. I see the “real” you, and my “soul purpose” is to remind you who you truly are so you can actualize your highest soul potential, and also to support humanity during the ‘shift of the ages’ as we ascend from 3D to 5D.
